
How do I join USMS through Potomac Valley or how do I transfer into or within Potomac Valley?
1)
Register online
through a secure website by paying with a credit card![]()
2) Click on either of the images below to download the matching form (pdf formats)
3) Fill out the form (note you can fill them out before printing them) and mail it to the address listed. Don't forget to sign the form!
4) No FAX registrations/transfers can be accepted due to policy imposed by USMS
Legal Counsel so please don't inquire about them (contact
USMS Legal Counsel if you have questions).
(If you plan to register with any of the following clubs, first contact them because they have custom registration forms: Arlington Ageless Masters, Alexandria Masters, Curl-Burke, DCRP, Fairfax County Masters, Germantown Masters, Montgomery Ancient Mariners, Reston Masters .)
Clubs who wish to register can download the form by clicking here. First contact the PV Registrar before mailing the form because there are rules and obligations that go along with registering a club.
