Happy New Year 2000!
I hope that everyone had a good holiday season and got a chance to keep up their swimming. Have you made your swimming resolutions for the year? And kept them up to this point, I hope. There are plenty of new swimming adventures out there for you that you can try over the coming year and into the new millennium.
Right now, I'm sitting here looking at the snow and thinking about how nice it will be when we can get some outdoor and open water swimming in this summer. That's something that you can try, if you haven't already.
March 19 will be the first Potomac Valley meeting of the new year (see details elsewhere in this issue). I hope to see some new faces, along with the old ones, getting involved in the LMSC.
Time to go dig out my car.
