Wally Dicks, 37, broke his own USMS 100 yard breaststroke record, swimming a 56.34 at the Joe Jacoby Holiday Invitational at George Mason University December 8. Wally was sandwiched between Olympic gold medallist Ed Moses and Pan American silver medallist Jarrod Marrs who finished the race in approximately 53 and 54 seconds respectively, but were disqualified for illegal kicks.
