1999 Relay All Americans

The following Potomac Valley swimmers are 1999 Relay All Americans. To achieve this honor, the swimmers were members of relay teams that posted the fastest times in a relay event in one of the three official courses (short course meters, long course meters, short course yards).

1999 Short Course Meters Potomac Valley Awards and Top Times

The Potomac Valley Swimmers of the Year for the 1999 short course meters season, as determined by USMS Top Ten performances, were Barbara Frid (D.C. Masters) and Neill Williams (D.C. Aquatics Club).

Completing the top five for women were Barbara Zaremski, Hedy Pullman, Anne Walker (all DCM) and Sara Megan Reise (DCAC). Mark Pugliese (DCRP), Jerome Frentsos (DCAC) and Doug Chestnut (ANCM) and Jose Cunningham (DCAC) (tied) rounded out the placings for the men.
